NSale 2021 shopping access started for me on Friday the 16th. I set my alarm for 4am, an hour earlier than normal, but naturally woke up at 3:05am. My internal clock knew it was time to shop 😉 I laid in bed till 4am since I had to work that day and didn’t want to be so exhausted. I jumped up at 4am, went to my wishlist, and started adding everything to my cart. There were a few things on my wishlist that were sold out and some I am still waiting for them to restock. Fingers crossed but if they don’t it is ok. At the end of the day it’s just sale I love to shop but none of it is a necessity.
For this post, I am going to share what has actually shipped. A couple pieces the order was canceled and some items are still in the “getting ready” section. I won’t know if they are actually coming or not until I receive the your order has shipped email. Let’s dive into what I know is on the way from the NSale 2021!
NSale 2021 – Beauty Purchases
Let’s start with new to me purchases! I’ve always felt Beauty was one of the areas of the NSale you get the most bang for buck but also a great way to try new products. First new to me brand is Necessaire. I have heard SO many great things about this brand and when I saw the Necessaire Bodywash & Lotion set was in the sale this year, I was super excited!
The Riki Loves Riki Skinny Mirror is something I have had my eye on for quite some time. I’ve been waiting for Ulta to have a 20% off sale but I’m so glad they didn’t and I waited. The NSale is the lowest I’ve seen it and was so happy I was able to snag it. I’ll share my thoughts after I’ve used it for a bit.
The last new to me product that is on its way is this Super Dry & Detox Shampoo set from Ouai. It is another brand that I’ve heard great things about! I’m super picky about dry shampoo so hoping this one lives up to the reviews. Will keep you posted on how I like it!
The last two products I was super happy to see. Last year I tried to pick these up and they never went back in stock. drybar Detox Dry Shampoo is one of my faves. I love the scent, doesn’t leave behind any residue, and does a great job making 2-3 day hair look fresh.
If you read my last beauty empties post, you would have read why I love the Olaplex line and ways I use it. These are also the larger size than the usual sets which is great.
I love that I can grab staple products I already use in this sale! Lancome Hypnose is a mascara I always have on hand. The length and the volume it gives is really what I need. It also comes with their lash primer and I keep at least two of those on hand at all times.
I use a different mascara on my top and bottom lashes. My tried and true for my bottom lashes is Lancome Definicils. The applicator is perfect! This set also comes with another primer so I should be set for awhile at least. These Lancome sets are such a good deal and was so happy to snag them.
Another beauty staple I keep on hand is the Anastasia Brow Wiz. This kit is such a great deal and love that it comes with a little travel size of their brow gel. I use the medium brown shade and it’s perfect.
Last year, I was able to grab a set of the NARS afterglow mini lip balms and they have been one of my favorites ever since. These are perfect for days where you want a little color that’s quick and easy. I was excited to see this set back this year in new/different shades.
The last beauty item I was able to pick up this year was the Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Shampoo & Conditioner set. Last year I tried adding this to my cart and it sold out fairly fast and never went back in stock. This is another product I’ve seen great reviews on for promoting hair strength and regrowth. I’ll report back on this one and share what I think.
NSale 2021 Home Purchases
The home section this year for me is not the big home run. I did manage to grab some amazing blankets though! I like to think I will keep a couple and use the other two for gifts but let’s be honest; Tristan and I are blanket hoarders and he has already claimed one!
The NSale is always were I try and grab Barefoot Dreams blankets. Not the typical barefoot dreams but they normally have new versions. This NSale 2021 was no exception! I was able to get the Barefoot Dreams Cream/Stone Textured Throw. This one of course is the one Tristan won’t let go of already 🙂 It is thicker than their standard blanket and oh so cozy.
This year Nordstrom added several new brands to their sale. Boll & Branch was one of them. There is a lot of buzz about this brand so I’m interested to see if it lives up to the hype. I decided to pick up their Cable Knit Throw. The picture online looks like the blanket may be on the thin side so we will see!
Last year I was able to purchase their round Marble & Wood Serving Board. The smaller oblong Marble & Wood Serving Board one had sold out so I was hoping to see it again in the sale this year. Low and behold I was able to purchase it! This is one item that already arrived and what happened I actually expected. The top handle arrived snapped off. This also happened last year with the round one. I share this because they do not pack these well in case yours arrives the same way.
I didn’t know if this last item was going to ship or not but I just got the your oder has shipped email! For awhile now, I have been looking into non-toxic cookware. There are so many options and reviews to go through that I still have not picked a whole set. I saw this Greenpan 11-in Fry Pan was apart of the sale and thought this would be a great way to try it out!
NSale 2021 Shoe Purchases
I was on the modest side with the shoes this year! Being very conscience this year, I really tried to make sure that I didn’t purchase shoes that I already had similar ones to. I was also trying to think of the office. Starting in Mid-September, I may have to be in office 1-2 days per week.
The color of these Steve Madden Tangible Sandals got me! Living in Florida they are a perfect transition piece for me. The open toe will help with the heat of September but the color will help tie my Fall outfits together. These also have a bit of a unique shape heel which I love. These come in a few colors too in case you are looking for a more staple color.
Booties are always my weakness with the NSale. This year I had great restraint! Vince Camuto also never disappoints. The Camuto Welland Bootie is just what I was looking for. They were leather and a shade of medium brown and checked all the boxes. I also really love that these booties have the slight cutouts where your ankle bones are.
If you read my first NSale 2021 post, I shared one way to prepare for the sale was to go through your closet and identify what you really need. For me, I realized that I did not have any closed toe black shoes. I gravitated towards these Vince Camuto Leminda Booties. They are super cute but they have a low heel and you can dress them up or down. Super excited to style these this Fall.
Having the office on my mind, I immediately added these Steve Madden Finn Chain Pointed Toe Mules to my cart. They have a super cute pink color in these but I went with the modest chestnut shade. These are another pair that you can dress up or down so I’m excited to pair them with different looks.
NSale 2021 Accessories Purchases
Accessories from the NSale are a hit or miss for me. I was slightly disappointed this year. I try to grab at least one new pair of sunnies. This year there were none that I liked that were small enough to fit my face. There was definitely a Tory Burch theme this year! And although I didn’t purchase any, Coach made a pretty big come back this year! As I was pulling together the images for this post, realized that all the accessories minus the hat were Tory Burch!
Two years ago I picked up the Tory Burch earrings I wear almost every day. They have held up great and I still love them but I wanted something new to switch it up at bit. I was super excited when I saw these Tory Burch Rope Studs in the NSale 2021! They are a little larger than studs that just sit on the lobe but they are not super dangly.
This Carson Striped Convertible Shoulder Bag is dreamy!! Besides being the perfect transition piece from Summer to Fall; I absolutely love that you can wear this bag so many ways. If you let the chain all the way down, you have this beautiful shoulder or cross body bag. If you double up the chain, again, you have a shoulder bag but a totally different look. You’ll be seeing a lot of this cutie.
The Carson Zip Crossbody Bag I was actually able to pick up in the gorgeous arugula color. I posted the devon sand color above because the arugula color has been sold out and doesn’t seem to be restocking. If it does I will update the link! You really couldn’t go wrong with any of these classic colors in this crossbody bag though.
I have been wanting a somewhat larger bag for some time. All the bags I have are on the smaller side, which I love. Sometimes, I just need a bigger bag! The Carson Leather Hobo Bag is exactly what I had in mind. I grabbed it in the devon sand color because you could really use this one all year. The more use I can get out of a piece the better!
Having a smaller head, hats are usually something I have to go without. I saw these Treasure & Bond hats this year and thought I would give them a try. As I’m writing this they are sold out but will update with the link when/if they restock!

I of course grabbed quite a bit of clothing as well and am going to be sharing this portion through other blog posts, Instagram, and LTK. I know a lot is out of stock clothing wise and some orders are getting canceled. Once public access goes live, this coming Tuesday July 28th, a lot of pieces may be restocked! If not, it’s just a sale and there are many more sales to come as we start entering the Fall season!
