Easy Fall Desserts – With Simple Mills & Thrive Market

Fall is the time of year where I really get into baking. Living in Florida it’s hard to crank up the oven even to make dinner much less for baking. As we head into the season, I wanted to share some easy Fall desserts that you can whip up and bake quickly. In addition to being easy to make, these would be great for any Fall gathering and are not overly sweet. The best part, they pair great with a warm cup of coffee!

For me, I would consider this to be a dessert. On the other hand, straight out of the oven this may not be a dessert to some. You can take any muffin & bread mix and really jazz it up! Some ways I would recommend adding something a little extra: add dark chocolate chips, make a drizzle and lightly go over right when they get out of the oven or make a streusel with brown or coconut sugar and bake on top.
